Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Gracious Workplace (workplace.gjco.jp), a business email, calendar and communication application provided by Gracious Japan Co., Ltd. (グレーシャス日本株式会社) (“we”).

Who may use it

Accounts are issued by a company administrator to staff, contractors and invited guests of the Gracious group and its clients. You must keep your sign-in details confidential and use the service only for legitimate business purposes. Accounts may be suspended or removed by the company administrator at any time.

Connected accounts

You may connect email and calendar accounts (Google, Microsoft, Zoho) that you are authorised to use. You remain responsible for the content you send and for complying with the provider's own terms. You can disconnect an account at any time from Settings → Accounts.

Acceptable use

• No unsolicited bulk email, malware, harassment or unlawful content.
• No attempt to access another person's mailbox, chat or data without a recorded delegation or share.
• No reverse engineering, scraping or interference with the service.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or loss of data caused by third-party providers, network failures or your own actions, to the extent permitted by law.

How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
